Position Summary:
The Real Estate Operations Manager will oversee and optimize the daily operations of our growing team of real estate agents. This role involves managing internal processes, tracking agent and market performance, ensuring compliance, and fostering efficiency across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, process-driven, and capable of ensuring seamless execution across all operational aspects while freeing leadership to focus on lead generation and strategy. Our office is fully remote.

Workflow Management:
📌Develop and implement efficient processes for the sales team
Team Coordination:
📌Act as a liaison between agents and leadership, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
📌Conduct biweekly 1:1 check-ins with agents, brainstorming property specific sales ideas and follow-up strategies.
Compliance and Risk Management:
📌Act as the primary liaison between the state broker and the team’s agents, ensuring seamless communication and adherence to all real estate laws, licensing regulations, and industry standards.

Financial Oversight:
