Job Overview:

We are seeking experienced real estate agents to join our top-ranked team. Specializing in short-term rental investments, you'll help clients buy, sell, and manage vacation properties in premier markets. This role offers a chance to grow your career with a supportive, dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in buying and selling short-term rental properties.

  • Provide market analysis and investment advice.

  • Negotiate deals to maximize client benefits.

  • Maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service.

  • Utilize technology and marketing strategies to promote listings.

  • Respond to new sales opportunities through calls, emails, and text messages, booking the potential seller and buyer.

  • Overcome the seller's objections.

Skills & Experience (Expected Proficiencies)

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Personable with strong customer service skills.

  • Comfortable with inbound and outbound calls and engaging potential customers.

  • Real estate knowledge and experience is a plus.

  • Excels in collecting customer information accurately and efficiently.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to follow processes.

  • Attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks effectively.

  • Knowledge of Google Workspace and GoHighLevel CRM is a PLUS.
